Warped disc

Blackbear came and collected my bike at lunch time today. My 1125r needs a bit of TLC to keep it in top condition.Here’s the list of jobs they’re gonna be doing for me:-
- Replace front brake disc coz the original one with 4006 miles on it has warped.
- Check & replace the water pump gasket. It’s been weeping in the past. This was due to a lose bolt.
- Stop rear brake squeal when cold. A smear of copper slip will do the job.
- Investigate rough running at low RPM. This is nothing serious but the engine has been a bit lumpier since the 05Z firmware was flashed to the ECM.
- The front Brake line recall is still outstanding 3 months on. This is due to parts not being made available by Buell. Nothing to do with Blackbear but it is annoying…
I hope to collect the bike tomorrow or Tuesday after work. Missing it already… Besides the above the bikes been great for the past 4000 miles and I cant believe how quickly I’ve managed to put the miles on this bike. I am due to replace the rear tyre soon. I reckon within the next 500 miles or so. Do I go for another Pirelli Corsa 111 or look for something else? Time to start thinking.
