Cant say i’m going to miss it really. I know its faster than my CityX but it just doesnt do it for me. The CityX is fast enough to have fun with and its smooth enough to live with on a day to day basis. I had not ridden a n XB12 before so it was good knowing what they are like. It was not all bad. The extra grunt was great when over taking and I really liked the noise the bike created even though it was in standard form. The XB9 sounds more muted in every respect but at the end of the day its got enough grunt to loose my license and pee of other road users so I’m kinda pleased with my lot… 

Blackbear have done a good job replacing my faulty throttle body and even washed it for me which was very kind of then considering I wasn’t paying for a service or accessories.

This weekend I can refit my Rex Marsee tank bag that I had to loose for the week and I can fit and review the Triboseat Driver which has been supplied this week by Triboseat. More to come on that front. I can now look forward to commuting on my own bike again coz I had to use my car last week. The £1500 excess imposed by Blackbear was just too high to risk leaving their bike at the station every day.
